You probably heard that Wrobocon will strike again on October 23rd, online as usual. We will keep you posted about what is happening behind the scenes with our blog post. Grab a coffee, tea or whatever you like and check out what is happening..
First of all
The call for proposals is open and will stay open till the end of May. So, if you have something on your mind, please send the idea via the form. We will let you know how we like it and what the next steps are. This year, except for the talks, we plan to host live online tutorials. We plan to have the talks before lunch and tutorials after lunch. So, if holding a presentation is not your thing, we are awaiting tutorial proposals as well.
The new webpage for the 2025 event is live. As you can see. The refreshed look is thanks to Maria. She always manages to astonish us with her graphics and page designs every year. She is also the author of our brand book that we finally made this year. Of course the new page is compliant with the brand book. 🙂
Do you remember last year's theme song? We already have a new song for this year. We won't say anything more about it. It is our little secret. Drop by our event to have a listen. In the meantime a little contest: guess the genre of our 2025 theme song. Write you answer on #wrobocon channel on Slack (ping @Krzysiek (Kris) Żminkowski in the answer message so it is easier for us to find it).
Speaking of music. Book some time for an after-party that will start directly after the event. It will be online on Work Adventure, as the whole event. And the star of the evening will be Jan with his live DJ set. We asked Jan if he is willing to play a 2-hour set and he answered that he can also do 3 or 4 hours if needed. So get ready to party right after the tutorials end.
